The Organization executive committee elected base in the general assembly. The general Assembly becomes in every 3 year. This assembly elects or nominate for the executive body. Similarly, the annual general assembly becomes in every fiscal year. The central executive committee (Board) is the active functional unit of the organization. The executive has rights do decision as per need of the organization. Such as organization do conduct meeting, do minute, and should pass from the board any kinds of project, planning and other issues. Without board meeting, the organization can not apply any kinds of agendas in the related agencies. Even though the all the one-year meeting, minute, decision should ratify by the annual assembly.
